We may discount votes we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, and may close or amend a vote where necessary. Public votes are advisory and are weighted alongside our own casting judgement.

By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy and use that material for the purpose of assessing and administering your application. You confirm that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights and is not unlawful, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from a breach of that confirmation.

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this site and in its content, including the Live Gemini and Gemini House names, logos and programme formats. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
